Andy Craggs is a London based writer, consultant and photographer.
As a business leader Andy has over 20 years of experience in global business across Banking, Asset Management, Insurance, Technology, Engineering, Energy, Telecoms, Media, FMCG and Pharmaceuticals. He has held VP positions in large Corporate and Consulting firms in the US, APAC and Europe including The Wall Street Journal, The Walt Disney Company, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Sony Pictures. He works in English, French, Spanish and Italian and uses his international background for large scale Organisational Change projects, Leadership Development programmes, and Executive Coaching. He is also a Programme Director at London Business School, ranked No. 1&2 in 2026 for Degree and Executive Education Programmes.
Recent clients include Apple, Google, Dyson, Novo Nordisk, Allianz, Deutsche Bank, Vitality, Zeiss, ING, EY, Novartis, Institut Laue Langevin, Siam Cement Group and Tokio Marine.
Andy also works in the non-profit sector on initiatives in Africa and Latin America with clients such as the WHO where he has supported Health, Education and Community Building projects as a photographer, coach and translator.
His photographic documentary work includes projects in Tibet, China, Nepal, India, Pakistan, Vietnam, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Tanzania, Haiti, Honduras, Cuba, Chile and Peru.
Aperture Leadership images are curated from these assignments as metaphors for leadership to help groups and individuals explore questions of purpose, identity, change and transformation in their own contexts.

Andy is also a public speaker and writer on leadership and organisational change.
He has taught at UCLA (US), EMAM (Italy), and the IPA (UK), and regularly facilitates leadership conversations in his role at London Business School.
